Tuesday 1-3-2023 A graduation ceremony was organized for 7 associations from the Performance Development Laboratory for Non-Governmental Organizations affiliated with the Capacity Building Unit, which are partner associations of the Misr Al Khair Foundation from Alexandria Governorate, in accordance with the laboratory’s work methodology. The period of work with these associations took from 6 to 12 months, according to the plans that were approved for the institutional capacity building process for each association separately. It is worth noting that the partner NGOs that joined the Institutional Performance Development Laboratory were subjected to development according to a scientific methodology and stages of development that begin with the pre-institutional evaluation of the association to identify the institutional gaps, then design the institutional development plan with participation, then implement the plan, which may take a year, then conduct the post-evaluation after that to measure the effectiveness of the interventions, and in the event that the association passes an agreed-upon growth rate, the The association graduates from the laboratory and issues a certificate of graduation. During the graduation ceremony activities, the partner associations reviewed success stories as a result of the institutional development that was implemented with them, in addition to opening a discussion about the future of the partnership between the associations and the Misr El Kheir Foundation, in the presence of the following: Mr. Gamal Abdel Azim..
