Training Description
The operational planning process represents the practical basis for ensuring the implementation of the organization's executive plan by transforming each executive initiative into a set of basic steps and procedures. The operational planning process is considered an administrative work that is applied and followed up internally by each department to ensure the achievement of the actions and targets contained in the executive plans. It is therefore considered one of the most important main tools that enable employees in the administration to accomplish the approved executive initiatives. The training course includes a number of development components and interventions.

Main Goals:
Enabling NGO work teams to design operational plans to facilitate their daily work and achieve the best performance.
Secondary Goals:
By the end of this training course, participants will be able to:
1. Learn about the concept of planning
2. Explain the types and levels of planning
3. Know the importance of planning and its stages.
4. Defining the concepts of the relationship between operational planning and strategic planning.
5. Monitoring the relationship between operational planning, executive planning and action plan.
6. Knowing SMART goals and how to build them.
7. Formulating and creating KPI’s
8. Learn about follow-up and its importance in preparing plans
9. Design a model for an operational plan and practice it
