Director of the Professional Academy for Teachers and Member of the National Council for Women in the Red Sea Governorate
He holds a doctorate and a master’s degree in education with excellent grades, with a recommendation to print theses at the university’s expense and circulate them between universities and centers. He holds postgraduate diplomas with the rank of first, and holds the Institute of Specialization in Calligraphy and Gilding. He has 14 published scientific papers and 2 published books. He is a certified international lecturer and trainer of trainers and a leader preparation trainer in many ministries and the Professional Academy for Teachers. He is an educational and family expert and leader preparation expert, and an institutional development and strategic planning consultant. He holds more than 100 accredited training courses, and he presented more than 300 accredited training courses. He was chosen as the best successful youth model in the Red Sea Governorate in 2018 and was honored by the governor’s minister on World Youth Day in the presence of young people from the governorates of the Republic.

A leadership and influential figure in society, a lover of his country and his homeland, Egypt, and a supporter of all state efforts, and an initiator in any volunteer and service work. In addition, he has a wide scientific background and a network of multiple relationships, and is intertwined with young men, girls, and women. He was chosen as an external consultant and director of the excellence file for two years in the governorate, and the city of Hurghada won first place and the grand financial prize in the first Egyptian government excellence competition 2019 and three first places in 2021. He founded the Arabic Calligraphy Institute in the city. Al-Qusayr in the Red Sea Governorate. He has many Arabic calligraphy exhibitions, and designed the logo of the city of Al-Qusayr.

He was chosen as a member of the National Council for Women for the current session and the previous session in the Red Sea Governorate. He was the first president of the Youth Parliament in the Red Sea Governorate and the general rapporteur of the Volunteer Club (2003-2008). He carried out many volunteer, development and awareness projects with more than a thousand awareness lectures from which more than 25,000 twenty-five thousand citizens benefited over a period of 20 years. He graduated more than 6,000 six thousand certified trainees from various ministries and graduated 2,000 two thousand young men. He was at the forefront of the number of leaders in the Ministry of Youth, and obtained more than 3,000 free national identification cards for women. He carried out volunteer work and campaigns, such as cleaning, decorating and painting many places in the governorate’s cities, and graduated from the Misr Al-Kheir course (Sustainable Institutional Development Specialist).

He worked with many local, regional and international organizations such as: (Misr Al-Khair, the European Union, the World Bank, UNESCO, UNICEF, TVET, Giz).
