A regional training scholarship opportunity for workers in Arab NGOs, the training program “NGOs and the shift towards green practices”

The Arab Center for the Sustainability of Civil Work is pleased to launch the regional training program “NGOs and the Shift to Green Practices (Class of 2024), as the programs aim to qualify and prepare local cadres to provide support to NGOs in the transition to sustainable green practices, and The program takes 10 training days during which you will learn about:

The history and dimensions of sustainable development

The role of civil society organizations in achieving sustainable development

The concept of green NGOs

Defining the dimensions of green practices for NGOs

Description of the system approach to analyzing the institutional capabilities of civil society organizations with its components

Controlling institutional and societal practices to transform NGOs into green organizations

Knowing the entrances, strategies and stages of institutional development for green NGOs

Description of the comprehensive quality process, its objectives, and requirements for implementing quality within green NGOs.

Introducing the standard specification for green NGOs

Defining the stages of continuous improvement for NGOs

The Climate Action Charter for NGOs and how to apply it within green NGOs.

Identify methods of managing organizational change, the concept of resistance to change, its causes, and methods of resisting organizational change.

 

At the end of the program, the participant receives a certificate of passing The training program is sponsored and accredited by many international bodies and Regional.

Online training via Zoom

The program is offered as a free grant instead of the $450 cost of the program.

"The duration of the program is 10 training days within a month, starting from the first of March 2024"
