The association, in line with the state policy of caring for patients with kidney failure and reducing the waiting list, has established two dialysis units with a total of 40 dialysis machines that accommodate 80 patients daily in two sessions, each session 4 hours, and work begins at 4 am due to the attendance of patients from centers far from the governorate, which requires easy transportation to and from. It has contracted with health insurance for pension patients, employees, students, and the Ministry of Health to treat an expense patient.
