He has been working in the field of community development and civil society organizations for 14 years in various civil society organizations inside Egypt, and since 2013 he has been working in the field of civil society development. He participated in measuring the institutional capabilities of more than 500 associations/institutions within all governorates of the Republic and provided institutional support and built their institutional capacities. He has been working in the field of training and development consultations for 10 years, during which he provided many consultations in the areas of community development and capacity building of civil society organizations with many bodies and organizations (the Arab Network for Civil Society Organizations - the National Institute for Governance - ............. And others) Finally, in the field of professional guidance, he designed many training packages in various fields, such as (qualifying institutional development specialists). He participated in establishing the Misr Al-Khair Unit to build the capabilities of civil society organizations in implementing the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda, and he has been working as its director since 2019. He also participated in implementing many development projects in the fields of environment, education, good governance, advocacy, gaining support, economic empowerment, and in the field of institutional development. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce - Sustainable Development Ambassador from the Arab Network for Non-Governmental Organizations - Sustainable Development and Governance Specialist accredited by the National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development and a certified Ambassador from the Be an Ambassador of the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development.
