Civil society organizations are also considered one of the important organizations within the communities targeted to be supported in order to gain aspects of organizational and institutional strength and professionalism in performance, as this has an impact on their performance and an increase in their contribution to achieving the sustainable development goals in accordance with the requirements of achieving the sixteenth goal. Transforming the performance of civil society organizations into professional performance requires the provision of professional cadres specialized in the various activities of the organization, whether administrative cadres to meet the implementation of daily administrative work or specialized technical cadres to manage various development activities within society and the transition from management based on volunteerism and traditional administrative systems to professional management based on specialization. Possessing modern knowledge and methods. This department develops and launches specialized, accredited professional programs that cover a group of professions and specializations required to work within civil society organizations in a professional manner, in cooperation with Arab universities and organizations concerned with developing civil work, with the aim of supporting and strengthening the efforts of civil society organizations and preparing the professional cadres necessary to support professional performance within the organization. .
