The Certificate of Institutional Commitment is a certificate that expresses the extent of non-governmental organizations’ commitment to good governance standards, including standards of integrity, transparency, etc.
The certificate is issued after a comprehensive evaluation of the organization's activities and measuring the efficiency of its structure, organizational policies, resource management, strength of performance...etc., which, if available, can contribute to building trust and credibility between the organization and the community and other stakeholders, whether donors or donors, which achieves the public good.

Conditions
NGOs must meet the following conditions to obtain accreditation:
1- The organization must be registered and notified to the official authorities in the country of headquarters and in accordance with applicable laws.
2- The organization must pass the initial institutional evaluation stage, a prerequisite for submitting for review in accordance with institutional commitment standards
3- The organization must pass the evaluation stage of the accreditation system, which ensures the application of governance principles on the ground.

Accreditation Request
The organization shall attach an application to obtain accreditation as a civil society organization (PDF file) provided that the application includes the following:
• Direct the application to: Gentlemen, NGO Development Sector at the Misr El Kheir Foundation
• Date of application: The application shall include a date written on it
• Basic organization data: Organization name - number and date of announcement - Title
• Content of application: The organization’s desire to obtain accreditation as a civil society organization within the specification (standard system). To ensure the quality and accreditation of civil organizations for governance systems - Course No......)
• The organization’s seal: The application shall be stamped with the association’s seal and signed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors
• Attachments: The organization shall attach an identification data form and this shall be indicated in the application (the identification form is attached)
