Introduction to the Training Program
Based on Goal 16 of the Sustainable Development Goals, which indicates the importance of having strong institutions and partnerships as one of the requirements for sustainable development, and one of these important institutions within society is civil society organizations, the diploma aims to develop the capabilities of executive directors in civil society organizations by providing them with advanced management tools and methods, which enhances the efficiency of institutional performance and supports the transformation of these organizations towards excellence and professionalism. Thanks to the competence of executive leaders and their administrative vision, civil organizations become more capable of achieving sustainability and enhancing their impact on society. And how to reach the organization’s standards of institutional excellence and quality of performance in a way that contributes to achieving the organization’s sustainability and its ability to contribute to achieving the goals of sustainable development and climate action. The program includes (11) training levels with a total of (26) training days. At the end of the program, it will also include participants submitting a graduation project. Program Objectives
The main objectives of the program:
“Providing executive directors of local and Arab NGOs with modern administrative methods and systems in managing NGOs in order to achieve the institutional sustainability of their organizations.”
Sub-objectives of the program:
1- Increasing the knowledge content of executive directors of civil society organizations on the basics of local community development.
2- Supporting executive managers with modern trends in developing and building targeted local communities.
3- Enabling executive directors of NGOs to apply modern processes and methods in the administrative processes of NGOs.
4- Increasing the accounting skills of executive directors of civil society organizations.
5- Providing executive directors with modern skills and systems to achieve organizational sustainability for civil society organizations.
6- Developing higher leadership skills for executive directors of civil society organizations.
7- Enabling executive directors to apply strategic planning methodologies and formulate the future vision of civil society organizations.

Certificate
In order to be enrolled in the professional diploma scholarship for the license of executive directors of civil society organizations, the following requirements must be met:
1- Working as an executive director or deputy executive director in a non-governmental organization for not less than 3 years.
2- The association to which it belongs is registered in Social Solidarity and has no notices or prohibitions, and its conditions have been settled.
3- Work in a governmental, non-governmental, international or regional institution, foreign scholarship program, or companies with social responsibility, or work as a consultant for one of these institutions or organizations, for a period of at least 3 years before enrolling in this diploma.
4- Conditions for granting the diploma: The diploma is awarded after (passing the academic courses + approval of the various graduation projects by a member of the discussion committee and the formed committee)
