He worked for nearly 27 years in several fields, including local community development, the field of training and consulting, especially institutional capacity building, the field of lending programs, especially SMF (Small Micro Finance Programs) and small enterprises, and field research and studies. During this period, he worked with many international and local organizations (non-governmental) working in the field of community development within the Arab Republic of Egypt in diverse and different environments and with diverse groups and sectors (governmental - non-governmental). Among these organizations is the Institute of Cultural Affairs for the Middle East and North Africa, an organization CARE International - Egypt, Egyptian Swiss Development Fund (ESDF), Misr Al Khair Foundation. He also provided many consultations and training to many governmental and other organizations, including, for example, the Social Fund for Development, the National Council for Childhood and Motherhood, the Ministry of State for Family and Population, and Plan International. The Social Contract Center in the Council of Ministers in cooperation with the Italian Cooperation and the United Nations Development Programme, the Misr Al-Kheir Foundation, Cairo University (Institute for African Studies and Research), the Institute of Cultural Affairs for Middle Eastern and North African Countries, Petro Bell Company “Belayim Petroleum Company”, the Educational Development Program ERP, Ministry of Public Health and Population of the Republic of Yemen, UNICEF. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce/Accounting Division - Cairo University, and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
