    Head of the NGO Development Sector and founder and director of the Arab Center for Sustaining Civil Work, affiliated with the Misr El Kheir Foundation. Through the Center, he established four technical units specialized in the field of capacity building of NGOs, and others to support sustainable development, climate action, accreditation and quality assurance of organizations, the Arab Club for Volunteering, and finally an observatory for the sustainability of civil work. These units have many services and activities aimed at the sustainability of Arab NGOs. He has been working in the field of community development and training for 26 years, during which he provided many development consultations in the field of improving the performance of development projects, building the capabilities of civil society organizations, and building work teams in projects funded by (the European Union - Save the Children - American Aid - Plan International - Swiss Terdisum - Egyptian-Swiss Fund for Development - UNICEF Egypt Office... and others) participated inside Egypt in conducting many social research and evaluation studies for development projects and conducting community needs assessment research with participation. He worked in the field of corporate social responsibility and provided consultations in designing the periodic report submitted by companies to the United Nations on the extent of their commitment to the principles of the Universal Declaration of Companies. He participated in the management and implementation of many development projects, in the fields of (environment, health, economic and social empowerment, child protection, youth empowerment, and developing the performance of civil society organizations. He participated in leading many trainer preparation workshops in the field of life skills development. A certified trainer from some local and regional bodies, including the Arab Network for Non-Governmental Organizations from 1998 and the United Nations Population Fund from 1997. He participated in many regional conferences on various development issues. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Service - Department of Community Development - Cairo University, Fayoum Branch 1996, a Master’s degree in human environmental sciences from Ain Shams University in 2006 with a study on civil organizations and sustainable development, a Master’s in Planning and Development from the National Planning Institute in 2020 with a study on corporate social responsibility, a doctorate in control. The statistician and quality officer at Cairo University conducted a study on the application of quality tools in civil society organizations. He also has a published book entitled “Accreditation and Quality Assurance of Civil Society Organizations.”
