He works as a senior NGO development officer. He is responsible for the institutional development file for NGOs and NGOs. He has more than 14 years of experience in the field of development. He participated in the administrative and financial institutional evaluation of 5,000 NGOs and NGOs in various governorates of the Republic. He participated in providing financial and administrative institutional support to more than 5,000 associations and NGOs. From 500 associations and civil society organizations, he participated in implementing many training programs and workshops for civil society organizations, including (monitoring and assessing community needs - mobilizing resources and arranging financing - the financial system). He participated in designing many training packages and preparing a set of financial and administrative institutional development models for civil society organizations. He previously worked as a regional accountant for the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Project (BDSSP) in the Upper Egypt region (Beni Suef - Minya - Sohag - Qena) affiliated with the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA), and worked as director of the Training and Employment Unit at the Specific Union of Associations working in the poverty reduction and job creation program. In Minya Governorate, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, English, Assiut University, 2006 - a diploma in research and evaluation. Development Programs, Faculty of Commerce, Department of Political Science, Assiut University, 2015 - Master of Business Administration (MBA), Assiut University, 2020 - and currently a PhD researcher in Business Administration (DBA), Beni Suef University. He also holds a certificate (Sustainable Development Specialist) from the National Institute for Governance.
