She has been working in the field of civil work and community development for 15 years. She has provided many training consultations to civil society organizations and institutions in the field of civil work and sustainable development (volunteer efforts - management and design of development projects - resource awareness and funding management - monitoring community needs - management and design of development projects,... ..etc) It conducted the institutional evaluation of more than 300 associations at the level of Luxor and Aswan governorates, and provided technical support to civil society associations and institutions. She holds a certificate (Sustainable Development Specialist) from the National Institute of Governance I participated in preparing and developing training manuals such as: (designing and managing development initiatives - innovative methods for solving problems and making decisions for civil society organizations - management by results,...). I also worked with a number of foreign bodies in the field of development and civil work, as well as the field of monitoring and evaluation, such as: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) - the World Bank in cooperation with the Social Fund - Danish Aid - the European Union. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Education - Assiut University and holds a Diploma in Non-Governmental Organization Management in 2002 - Cairo University. She also holds a certificate (Sustainable Development Specialist) from the National Institute for Governance.
