He has worked in the field of training and development consultations for more than 12 years and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Arab Trainers Association, where he contributed to training many senior leaders for several Egyptian ministries and contributed to building youth capabilities for more than 100,000 young people across Egypt and the Arab world. He has long experience in the field of program and project management. Development at the national level, where he served as program director and project manager for many national programs and projects at the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Library of Alexandria. He worked as a development consultant for many Programs affiliated with UNICEF, Plan Egypt, and the Social Contract Program affiliated with the Center for Support and Decision-Making in the Egyptian Council of Ministers in cooperation with the European Union. He has previous work in institutional development, designing plans, curricula, and training manuals, preparing trainers, and training and qualifying work teams for many private and public sector companies, civil society organizations, and others. He holds a certificate (Sustainable Development Specialist) from the National Institute of Governance. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration, then a Business Diploma from the American University, then obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas in 2015.
