She works as the senior NGO development officer at the Misr El Kheir Foundation and has worked in the field of community development for seventeen years in various NGOs inside Egypt. From 2007 to 2010, she worked as director of the economic support unit for families at risk in the Family Justice Program of the Specific Union for Health and Population, which is funded by American aid in partnership with the National Council for Motherhood and Childhood. I also worked as the field conformity manager in the comprehensive survey initiative at the Misr El Kheir Foundation from 2011 to 2012. I also worked as an institutional evaluation officer and a support and development officer for civil society organizations at the Misr El Kheir Foundation from 2013 to 2018, where I participated in conducting the institutional evaluation of more than 3,000 associations and civil society organizations across the Republic, and worked to develop a large number of associations across the Republic by developing and implementing development plans and providing institutional support to them at Republic level. She holds a certificate (Sustainable Development Specialist) from the National Institute of Governance
