She works as a first official to develop civil societies at the Egypt Al -Khair Foundation and worked in the field of community development for seventeen years in various civil organizations inside Egypt, as since 2007 to 2010 she worked as the director of the Economic Support Unit for families at risk of the family justice program in the Specific Union of Health and Population and funded by American aid in partnership with the National Council for Motherhood and Childhood. She also worked as the director of conformity, the field in the comprehensive survey initiative at the Misr Al -Khair Foundation from 2011 to 2012. She also worked as an institutional evaluation official and a responsible for supporting and developing civil societies at the Egypt Good Foundation from 2013 to 2018, where she participated in conducting institutional evaluation of more than 3000 societies and civil institutions at the level of the Republic and working to develop a large number of associations at the level of the Republic by setting up development plans and implementing them and providing institutional support to them at the level of the Republic. He holds a certificate (Sustainable Development Specialist) from the National Governance Institute
