He has been working in the field of community development and civil society organizations for 14 years in various civil society organizations inside Egypt. Since 2013, he has been working in the field of civil society development. He has measured the institutional capabilities of a large number of associations within all governorates of the Republic and has provided institutional support and built institutional capacities for them. He has been working in the field of training and development consultations for 10 years, during which he provided many consultations in the fields of community development and capacity building of civil society organizations with many bodies and organizations such as (Care International - the British Council - the American Foundation for Development - the Canadian Agency - the Arab Network for Non-Governmental Organizations - the National Institute Governance - ............. and others) and finally in the field of professional guidance, he designed many training packages in various fields (the mental image of civil society organizations - strategic planning for civil society organizations - ........ and others) He also participated in implementing many development projects in the fields of environment, education, good governance, advocacy, gaining support, economic empowerment, and in the field of institutional development. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Service - Sustainable Development Ambassador from the Arab Network for Non-Governmental Organizations - Sustainable Development and Governance Specialist accredited by the National Institute for Governance and Sustainable Development
