He has been working in the field of community development and civil organizations for 14 years in various civil organizations inside Egypt and since 2013 he has been working in the development of NGOs, he measured the institutional capabilities of a large number of associations within all governorates of the Republic and provided institutional support and building institutional capabilities for them. He has been working in the field of training and development consulting for 10 years, during which he presented many consultations in the fields of community development and building the capabilities of civil organizations with many bodies and organizations such as (the Kerad International Authority - the British Council Training bags in various fields (mental image of civil organizations - strategic planning for civil organizations - ........ and others) He also participated in the implementation of many development projects in the fields of environment, education, good governance and advocacy, and gain support and economic empowerment and in the field of institutional development.
