He has been working in the field of training and development consultations for more than 15 years. He has prepared some training packages and implemented many training courses in the field of institutional development for NGOs and building the capabilities of their employees in many associations across the Republic. He has implemented many institutional evaluations for a number of associations and developed an institutional support plan for them. He has also prepared and implemented many training courses in the fields of (children’s rights - women’s empowerment - youth empowerment - rights of people with disabilities), and he has managed many development projects in these areas. He works in the fields with local and international bodies, and has many articles and radio and television episodes that shed light on the rights of these groups and discusses their issues. He also has many articles and press news in the field of NGO activities and their role in achieving sustainable development and advancing society. He participated in conducting a number of social research and evaluating the impact of a number of development projects. He holds a certificate (Sustainable Development Specialist) from the National Institute of Governance He also holds a bachelor’s degree in social service and has passed many training courses in the fields of (sustainable development - child rights and protection - combating violence against women - governance) from accredited bodies such as Plan International - CARE - UNICEF - the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees - the National Council for Childhood and Motherhood - the National Council for Women - the National Institute for Governance.
