One of the main requirements for achieving institutional sustainability for NGOs is that they have good financial and administrative systems whose policies and procedures reflect the principles of good governance and achieve the foundations of internal control. The importance of this course lies in ensuring that the organization operates in accordance with the laws regulating its work and in accordance with the recognized administrative and financial systems. During this course, we will discuss the foundations of designing and managing the financial and administrative system for civil society organizations.
