Training Description
Egypt's strategic vision for sustainable development 2030 represents a development trend and a national and international demand for participation and partnership between governmental and civil society organizations. Hence the importance of this course, which is to help development practitioners and civil society organizations in developing development projects and linking them to the goals of sustainable development and the axes of Egypt’s strategic vision 2030. The training course will focus on the concept of development and the stages of its development. The course also reviews the historical origins of the goals of sustainable development, as well as the historical development of associations. Civil society in Egypt, monitoring the role of civil society organizations in achieving sustainable development goals, and reviewing the sustainable development goals, their dimensions, measurement indicators, goals, and system. The values and behaviors required to achieve those goals and their local and international applications. The training also addresses introducing the axes of Egypt’s Vision 2030 and informing NGO workers about the philosophy of sustainability and the requirements for achieving it. This will contribute to the organization’s ability to achieve institutional sustainability in the future.
