Training Description
The development of local communities is the essence of the civil work and its first pillar, as the main role of civil organizations can be determined in working to meet development gaps within local communities and consolidate the sustainable livelihoods of the most needy groups. This training course was designed to prepare the leaders of local communities and workers in local civil organizations to clarify their roles within society, work methods and development tools. The course also addresses the ethics and values system that surrounds leaders within society and enhances its developmental role.

The pioneers of sustainable private work, members of the boards of directors and the middle administration, project managers, and development programs and executive management in civil organizations

Training Goals
Main Goals:
Raising the skills and capabilities of workers in the field of development of local communities and enabling them to actively methods for the development of local communities.
Secondary Goals:
By the end of this training course, the participants have the ability to:-
• Formulating the concept of society, its types, elements, components and resources
• Learn about the reasons for the emergence of problems, how to identify them and their relationship to resources.
• Explanation of the concept of development, its characteristics, importance, goals and relationship with societal resources
• Determine the importance of community participation and its activation mechanisms in the local community.
• Learn about the tools of the development practitioner and its roles in the development of societies.
• Preparing a plan to develop the local community.
• Using the best methods to get to know the local community.
• Learn about the professional ethics of the development practitioner.

To obtain a training course certificate, you must adhere to:-
1. Attending the full training days at a rate of not less than 75 %
2. Interaction during training with the coach and the participants
3. Implement the required practical applications daily
4. Delivery of the graduation project on the specified date
