Introduction to development project management processes in NGOs
Training Description
The quality of management of development projects and their ability to achieve planned societal goals depends on the extent to which the administrative processes of those projects are adopted and good methods that ensure achieving the goals at a lower cost and more effectiveness. This course comes to those working in development projects to clarify some concepts and administrative methods, including the project life cycle and the skills needed to manage the project in terms of Good planning, developing executive plans, managing human resources, setting budgets, managing the work team, and monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, which achieves the project goals and its societal vision and ensures optimal investment of efforts and resources.

Qualifying and preparing a professional project manager for NGOs through the following sub-goals:

By the end of this training course, participants will be able to:
1. Identify the concept of project management and its related concepts.
2. Defining the project life cycle.
3. Learn about the steps of designing a development project.
4. Design a project plan and implementation activities.
5. Preparing a project budget and a continuity system.
6. Determine the tasks of the project manager.
7. Time management, communications and relationships.
8. Recognizing the importance of technological transformation in project management.
9. Develop a plan to ensure project quality.
10. Develop a vision to avoid project risks.
11. Preparing a continuity and development plan.
12. Preparing a monitoring and evaluation system for the project.

Certificate
To obtain a certificate of passing the training course, you must adhere to the following:
1. Attending all training days at a rate of no less than 75%.
2. Interaction during training with the trainer and participants
3. Implementing the practical applications required daily
4. Submitting the graduation project on the specified date
