Training Courses in Institutional Capacity Building
Strategic planning for civil society organizations
Training Description
Strategic planning is one of the important tools in the strategic management of organizations and improving the work environment. Strategic planning aims to build a clear and realistic future vision for the organization regarding its activities, the size and quality of resources, and the expected challenges in light of knowledge of priorities based on the development needs of the targeted communities. The importance of the civil organization having a strategic plan that defines its future directions is due to the scarcity of resources that these organizations currently face, the different nature of the problems they address and their complexity as a result of the rapid development processes that have become a characteristic of current societies, which requires in-depth study of the future and good preparation for it in order to reduce these challenges.
