The Community Development Association in Al-Joura is a non-profit civil organization registered under No. 65 of 1984. It was established and announced by a group of natural leaders in the Al-Joura region in North Sinai, led by the late Sheikh Khalaf Hassan Al-Khalafat, with the aim of contributing to the development of the border region of Sheikh Zuweid, Rafah and Central Sinai in the governorate.
