    A civil society association registered with the Ministry of Social Solidarity under No. 392 of 2016. It includes a group of cadres, volunteers and workers in its various agencies, of both sexes, representing all segments of society. It provides many projects to serve the local community, which are as follows:
    The people of Qaraba Al-Adaysat before me suffer from poor living conditions at the economic, health and educational levels, as well as problems due to climate change. The following has happened:-
    1- Economic empowerment of 200 families, said a woman from the village, until the end of 2023, through financing projects for them.
    2- Empowerment of professions and crafts for 350 young men and women of working age from the village’s population until the end of 2023.
    3- Providing educational assistance by paying expenses and financial aid and distributing school bags with tools to 2,000 male and female students from the neediest families in the village until the end of 2023.
    4- Raising the health pledge to 400 women about food culture and how to deal with infectious diseases in the village, and conducting medical convoys for free examination and treatment, from which approximately 4,000 patients benefited until the end of 2023.
    5- Providing in-kind and technical support to small farmers to grow wheat and sorghum and supporting them with strains that are compatible with climate change.
    6- Providing in-kind assistance, including roofing houses, preparing dolls, distributing food bags, hot meals, and financial aid to more than 3,000 families until the end of 2024.
    7- In climate action through the project to enhance climate resilience and food security, support was provided in the cultivation of 200 acres of wheat and safflower.
    An 850-meter-long watering can was constructed to reduce water waste.
    Cultivation of 5 acres with drip irrigation cane as a guidance model.
    Establishing a solar power station to serve 75 farms on an area of ​​35 acres.
    Training 200 farmers on how to recycle agricultural waste and turn it into fodder and organic fertilizers instead of burning them.
    Conducting training and establishing projects for raising ducks, Salama is committed to climate change for 1,100 women.
