The Mecca Charitable Foundation is one of the institutions of the Ministry of Solidarity, registered under the number 2018 for the year 2016. It deals with many fields, including the health field, social assistance, the field of motherhood and childhood, the environment field, the economic field, and the establishment of economic projects to employ women, youth, and new graduates, the field of transporting the dead, ambulances, and the cultural field, and it has many partnerships. Between the Foundation and other civil society institutions, such as the Resala Association, the Orman Association, the Misr Al-Khair Foundation, the Pulse of Life Foundation, and international institutions, including the International Seminars for Islamic Youth and the International Islamic Council for Da’wah and Relief, the Foundation obtained the status of public benefit, and the Foundation has ongoing charitable activities, including (Mecca Specialized Charitable Clinics, a fasting breakfast program , the sacrifice program, the Holy Quran competition program, the Eid clothing program for orphans, the food basket program, the orphan sponsorship program, and many charitable activities in agreement with charitable institutions (bridal preparations, Ramadan bags, medical convoys, feeding program, charitable clothing exhibition) and others.
