The Charitable Society for Child Welfare - registered under No. 158 of 1966 AD - Old Egypt Administration of the Ministry of Social Solidarity and the scope of its work at the level of the Arab Republic of Egypt in the fields of work: “family, childhood and maternity care, health activities, cultural, scientific and religious services, care for the elderly and economic development in addition to social assistance” As stated in the announcement decision and its amendments and the association’s bylaws, it is subject to the Associations and Private Foundations Law No. 149 of the year 2019 and the executive regulations. The association also aims to provide services for community development and establish development projects to serve the local community in a way that achieves a return that benefits the association’s activities and programs. Vision: Building a human being capable of taking responsibility to be a good and useful citizen of society. Mission: Preparing a human being with life and behavioral skills and values that are beneficial to him and society. Slogan: Our strength... in our childhood. Association projects: • Dar Al-Fustat for orphan care for boys. Dar Al-Fustat was established in 1966 AD, and more than one graduate has graduated from it. Of 75 children, the association provides each son with an apartment and an amount of no less than 30 thousand Egyptian pounds to be received when he reaches the legal age, so The association has established aftercare to care for children when they graduate at the age of 18 years until the age of 21 years. • A workshop that produces sheets, shawls, and other clothing and uniforms according to the customer’s needs, and also repairs clothes. • The permanent exhibition displays the association’s products from small projects (bamboo, wax, and workshop production), in addition to selling new and used clothes and furniture. • The Community Service Center (writing, printing, and photocopying) provides its services to the community, including writing, printing, photocopying, fax, and office and school supplies at competitive prices and issues an official certified receipt. • A children’s club consisting of a multi-sport field and a soccer school to serve the children of the home and the neighborhood, in addition to an outdoor hall ( Table tennis - billiards - speed ball...) • Al-Fustat Specialized Medical Clinics consist of 6 medical clinics (children - women - urology - Internal Medicine - Ophthalmology - Integrated Dentistry) • Al-Fustat Complex 1- A guest house with a capacity of 125 people (single - double - triple rooms) 2- Training halls: - An event hall with a capacity of 100 people, Hall (1) with a capacity of 75 people, Hall (2) with a capacity 40 people, Hall (3) with a capacity of 30 people, Hall (4) with a capacity of 30 people.
