The Local Community Development Association in Kafr Rabie is registered under No. 43 of 1966 and under Tawfiq Arwad No. 21121031903438. Its fields of work include: family and childhood, orphan sponsorship - consumer protection - social services and assistance - local community development - old age care - environmental protection - educational activities - humanitarian fields and others. The most important activities carried out by the association are: the nursery and its About 150 children, an office for memorizing the Holy Quran, tractors for sweeping, Hajj and Umrah, sponsoring an orphan, productive families, a public library. The association was also granted a grant from the Small and Medium Enterprises Agency in the project of learning, raising awareness, and eradicating illiteracy, in cooperation with the European Union.
