It was established in 2021 under the number 11250 according to the Law of Regulating National Action, which works to achieve the vision of Egypt 2030, the goals of the African agenda 2063, the sustainable development goals 2030, the leadership in the development and gesture of the concepts of sustainable development to achieve a decent life opportunities and enhance the bonds of friendship between African peoples. The African Foundation is working to build local and international partnerships by adopting the approach of participatory and sustainable development, and raising awareness of African issues with a focus on the youth category and empowering women in order to improve livelihoods and achieve quality in various aspects of the lives of African peoples.
