A non-governmental, non-profit organization, registered under No. 601 of 2005. The association works according to a strategy with clear goals through formal institutional building under government supervision in order to serve the target groups of the poor, the needy, orphans, people with special needs, marginalized groups, youth of both sexes, and female breadwinners.

The General Assembly consists of (243) members, and includes a mixture of different groups and backgrounds (women, youth, employees, businessmen).< /p>

The current Board of Directors consists of (9) Member and the principle of alternation of power has been taken into account. Women and youth are represented in the formation, and the association provides social and humanitarian services through donors and self-resources, as the board of directors has extensive experience in various fields, in addition to the presence of a full-time executive staff with more than 500 employees working in the various departments and divisions of the association.
