"I have been working in the field of development and civil society organizations for 15 years in many... Sectors (health, education, environment, training, employment, economic empowerment, and charitable work). Currently, I work as a director of human resources, director of the charitable aid unit, and also a technical support supervisor in Assiut and Sohag governorates in a construction project to train and employ young people in the field of health care for the elderly and people with chronic diseases implemented in the Giving Without Borders Association, Assiut. Funded by the Sawiris Social Foundation.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Assiut University and am currently studying for a Professional Master’s degree (Public Policy and Project Evaluation).
I took many training courses (follow-up and evaluation. Monitoring and assessing needs. Capacity building of NGOs. Mobilizing resources and arranging financing. Partnership and networking. Advocacy and lobbying. Developing thinking skills. Participation in the strategic planning of the Giving Without Borders Association.
I obtained a sustainable development driving license from the Misr El Kheir Foundation.
I was one of the graduates of the regional training program on professionalism in development project management, Misr El Kheir Foundation, in partnership with Beni Suef University.
I implemented many training workshops on climate change as part of the Sustainable Climate Campaign, which was implemented by the Misr El Kheir Foundation.
I still work in the field of community development and look forward to learning more in order to serve the community.
