I started working in civil society since 2011
I was one of the founders of the Intilaaqah Association for Local Community Development in Beni Suef. I worked as a social worker and field case researcher. Then I worked as a development projects coordinator in many associations and volunteered as a field supervisor for the projects of the Decent Life Initiative in the Nasser Center. I obtained many qualifying training such as preparing trainers, human resources management, social initiatives management, and leadership. Business
I was also a participant in the “Our Future is Pioneer” initiative in Beni Suef Governorate as head of the Human Resources Committee
I had the honor to join the regional training as institutional development specialist of the Misr El Kheir Foundation
