I have been working in development since 2018 as a graduate researcher at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Alexandria University. I established a team under the name of the Future Youth 2030 Team, which works on training, qualifying, educating, and preparing youth cadres until the year 2021. I established the Youth 2030 Foundation for Development under the umbrella of the Ministry of Social Solidarity, known as No. 4189 of 2021, and the Foundation obtained public benefit status No. 872 of 2021. It obtained a certificate for the 1000 African Leaders Project from the Faculty of African Studies, Cairo University. It obtained a strategy and national security course from the Nasser Military Academy in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sports
