More than 20 years of experience in various fields including governance, risk and compliance consulting (GRC), specializing in enhancing the control environment through establishing institutional policies, managing risks, and promoting good governance. Thanks to her diverse background, she was able to play many professional and social roles. Currently, she is the General Director of a humanitarian organization in Lebanon. She also heads the compliance department for an international company, manages the social responsibility department for an international company, provides business development consultations, provides guidance and guidance sessions for entrepreneurs, and works on Building the capacities of localities or municipalities. Its commitment to sustainable development is evident through its membership in several local, national and regional associations, in addition to its management of a number of community development projects, including rural and environmental tourism initiatives and social cohesion initiatives.

As a certified trainer and management consultant, she has provided programs with an effective impact in strategic planning, project management, human resources management, and total quality management. Monitoring and evaluation, leadership skills, entrepreneurship, communication and conflict resolution skills, etc. She is particularly known for her expertise in guiding institutions, including municipalities and NGOs, to formulate successful grant proposals. Its innovative approach extends to offering the Donor Map Handbook – an educational tool that provides organizations with valuable insights into available donors and funding opportunities.

Her journey is marked by leadership roles in prestigious organizations, including the European Union, US development agencies, the German Development Agency and others

She is also a mother of two sons, Karim and Adam, and always seeks a better tomorrow for them through positive social change at the local, national and global levels.
