He has worked in the field of training, consultation, human resources, and community work for more than 15 years, during which he has made many contributions to raising the capabilities, competencies, and qualifications of different age groups, including young men and women in university studies and new graduates, in addition to students in public and private schools, teachers, professionals, and specialists in the field of logistical support in the State of Jordan. He is the founder of a community concerned with childhood and the director of a training and consulting platform, in addition to his work in the human resources sector, where he trained more than 10,000 people during the last five years in the fields of community leadership, entrepreneurship, training of trainers, communication and effective communication, in addition to joining many non-profit and voluntary organizations in Jordan, where he worked with all sectors operating in Jordan regardless of their work in the academic, educational and industrial sectors, including (the Ministry of Education, the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority, the Crown Prince Foundation, USAID, the European Union, the Nour Al Hussein Foundation, the Jordan River Foundation, the Aqaba Development Company, Jordanian Engineers Union, Agricultural Engineers Union, Jordanian Logistics Union, University of Jordan, Injaz Foundation, Tomorrow’s Youth Center, UNICEF, German University, Vocational Training Foundation, Jordanian Ministry of Youth, Ministry of Culture.

He holds a medical engineering degree from Misr University of Science and Technology in 2012. He is a youth counselor with the Jordanian Ministry of Youth for three years. He holds a diploma in family counseling in 2018. He is a certified trainer with many local and international bodies and organizations for the years 2014-2023.
