My work revolves around two frameworks. The first is the “academic aspect.” I work as an academic (a university lecturer), where I have been teaching for more than 10 years until now. Throughout my work period, I taught courses related to accounting for all study groups at the College of Commerce and Business Administration, and during the aforementioned period I published many scientific papers in local and international journals and conferences until I became the head of the scientific research sector in the Quality Assurance Unit. During the Corona pandemic, I carried out many activities and proposals that contributed to the development of some teaching methods until I assumed the position of Secretary of the Crises and Disasters Committee, a member of the Strategic Planning Committee, and the youngest member of the University’s Committee of Elders.
The second framework is “the societal aspect.” I have been working in the societal aspect for more than 12 years. I have worked with many institutions (member of the National Council for Women in Kafr El-Sheikh - member of the United Nations Development Knowledge Body
UNDP - member of ISESCO for Young Professionals ICESCO....)
I managed, implemented and coordinated many projects with work teams with some organizations and the international cooperation official in some of them (the National Council for Women - the United Nations UN - UNDP - the World Trade Organization WTO - the World Food Program WFP - the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific - the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs - the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs - the Ministry of Social Solidarity - the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology - the Ministry of Tourism - the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research - the Ministry of Investment and International Cooperation - ..........)
As a certified trainer with the International Labor Organization, I have conducted many trainings in many fields, including women’s economic empowerment and training within the national project for Egyptian family development, in addition to training on all issues related to women, entrepreneurship and financial inclusion.
