"I have been working in the field of development for 13 years in the fields of education, protecting children from danger, empowering socially and economically marginalized groups, empowering youth, and building their capacities. I also worked in the field of empowering civil society organizations and building their capacities in the fields of education, building the capacities of the work team, and building Executive leadership, developing strategic plans, and measuring the extent of transparency and social accountability within the target communities.

I worked in the field of training and preparing training packages in the fields of education and social and economic empowerment. I also worked in the field of follow-up and evaluation of many development projects. And education projects in general and community education in particular, with the creation of many initiatives aimed at improving the quality of education within community schools and integrating modern technology and digital transformation of schools and institutions in Upper Egypt, with the management of many development projects in partnership with many international bodies and the private sector in the field of social responsibility such as (UNICEF - Sawiris for Social Development - Save the Children - Orascom Construction - Sadco Misr - Mercedes Benz - Shorouk Misr - Orange Egypt Telecom - Goethe Institute in Alexandria - Alexandria Library - Debono Jordan - etc.)

He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Education in Psychological Sciences from Assiut University 2009 and a professional diploma in special education from Assiut University 2010, in addition to special studies in the field of mental health in 2011 with many training courses in the field of development and development project management.
