I have designed and supervised many programs and projects for training and qualifying young people in the labor market since 2016. We mention, for example, the project (Entrepreneurial Education in Secondary Education) as a specialized curriculum in entrepreneurship for secondary school students, and the (Shabab Renaissance) project, which is implemented and funded by AMIDEAST. (Office of the US Department of State) in the administrative training and vocational apprenticeship component as a partner institution.
Also, I have practical experience in the field of assessing development needs and writing project proposals according to the requirements of international donors, and during the years 2017-2021 I succeeded in obtaining many projects, especially rural development and entrepreneurship projects.
As for digital projects, I have established the two most important digital platforms in Yemen, such as the (Raslam Crowdfunding) platform, which is a platform specialized in crowdfunding for small projects, and the (Aden Bazaar) platform, which is an online store for Yemeni women entrepreneurs, as the latter was It has a significant impact on small projects and their access to the market is better.
Finally, I currently work as a project officer at the Social Fund for Development and am responsible for proposing and implementing development and microfinance projects in 4 Yemeni governorates.
