    I work in the Ministry of Education in the field of computer technology and as head of the Quality and Performance Evaluation Unit for 22 years. I am currently seconded to the Ministry of Youth as General Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs in the Oil Crescent regions< br /> He is also the president of the Libyan Association for Youth and Development and worked through civil work in the field of youth capacity building and youth volunteer work. He was appointed assistant director of the Oil Crescent Ministry of Youth and rapporteur of the branch karate federation for the Gulf regions. Currently, he is a member of the federation’s board of directors and holds a brown belt in karate.
