    She has been working in the field of training and development consulting for 14 years, during which she has provided many consultations. In the fields of community development, building work teams, training and preparing leaders in several bodies and organizations (the Arab Scout Organization - the Egyptian General Federation of Scouts and Guides - the Egyptian Sea Scouts - Alexandria University - the Ministry of Youth and Sports and others)
    In the field of vocational guidance, she has designed many training packages, conducted many social research and studies, and participated in the management and implementation of many development projects in the fields of environment, health, mental health, behavior modification, economic and social empowerment, and youth empowerment in implementing many trainers’ preparation workshops for the benefit of many bodies. Project manager for many development projects and Arab region coordinator for many projects in cooperation with the International Organization for Migration and the Arab Scout Organization.
    She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in 2004, a Diploma in Islamic Economics 2007, a Diploma in Physical Education 2017, a Master’s in Physical Education entitled A Scouting Program to Reduce Aggressive Behavior in Slum Children 2019, a Doctorate in Educational Psychology entitled A Psychological Guidance Program Using Scouting Activities to Raise Belonging among Children of Semi-Urban Areas. She was assigned to teach a course on community issues at the Faculty of Commerce, Alexandria University.
