    "She has been working in the field of training and development consulting for 14 years, during which she has provided many Consultations in the areas of community development, building work teams, training and preparing leaders in several bodies and organizations (Arab Scout Organization - General Federation of Egyptian Scouts and Guides - Egyptian Sea Scouts - Alexandria University - Ministry of Youth and Sports and others)
    In the field of vocational guidance, she has designed many training packages, conducted many social research and studies, and participated in the management and implementation of many development projects in the fields of environment, health, mental health, behavior modification, economic and social empowerment, and empowered youth in implementing many workshops to prepare trainers for the benefit of many bodies.
