She has worked in the field of community development and empowerment of women and youth since 2005. She led the establishment and development of programs for technical literacy for women, programs for economic empowerment for women, and programs for empowering youth in cooperation with the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Council of Europe, and the League of Arab States
She contributed to training and guiding many entrepreneurs and owners of small and medium enterprises to develop their business management skills and establish their businesses. I provided many training programs and various workshops to many entrepreneurs, managers, and owners of small and medium enterprises with several parties.
