    "Through more than twenty years of professional life in the field of community development, Participation in the implementation of projects in various fields, including capacity building for non-governmental organizations, education, micro, small and medium-sized credit institutions (SMEs) and youth development, provided support and guidance to field work teams and followed up on all field work carried out, as well as participating in the evaluation stages of many projects. And work intensively to develop community and institutional needs assessment using participatory research methodology (rapid participatory research).
    In the field of identifying the needs of society, institutions, and participatory rural and urban community research, he has extensive experience in project management and implementation and good knowledge of monitoring and evaluation in various fields of development. He participated in many evaluation tasks using quantitative and qualitative tools and techniques in collecting data, as well as experience in preparing and developing quantitative and qualitative research. .
    And spreading the culture of volunteering.
    Practical experiences also include implementing and facilitating training courses and workshops in the areas of institutional building for non-governmental organizations, skills development for youth, entrepreneurship, and preparing a feasibility study for small projects, as well as experience in studying training needs, preparing programs and training materials, and writing proposals for development projects.
    He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Cairo University in 1997, and holds a Master’s degree in Arts - Cairo University - Department of Geography - with excellent grade - in 2004 - on the subject of “Deteriorating Communities within Planned Urban Areas in the City of Cairo.” He obtained a General Diploma in Education at the Institute Educational studies - Cairo University - good general grade - for the academic year 2008/2009, and he obtained a doctorate in arts - Cairo University - Department of Geography - with first class honors - December 2013 - on the topic “Urban growth on agricultural lands in the cities of Fayoum Governorate.” ", and holds a Diploma in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) (two-year professional diploma) – Ain Shams University 2015.
