The training activities for an introduction to development project management processes in civil society organizations were completed, in the presence of 35 participants from the strategic partner associations of the Misr El Kheir Foundation in the governorates of (Assiut - Ismailia - Luxor - Giza - Dakahlia - Sharqia - Qalyubia - Menoufia - Minya - Beni Suef - Sohag - Qena).
The training covered several topics, the most important of which are:
• Sustainable development and its relationship to the management of development projects
• Development project life cycle
• Types of projects and the difference between each of them
• The concept of follow-up - functions - goals
• Types of follow-up - methods and methods of follow-up
• Continuity plan for development projects
• The concept of the evaluation process, its methods and tools
• The most important mistakes for project managers and how to overcome them
