in the presence of 45 participants representatives of Egyptian and Arab civil organizations from 10 countries are (Egypt - Libya - Syria - Palestine - Iraq - Morocco - Tunisia - Yemen - Lebanon - Jordan) The training took 35 training days during the months of September, October and November 2023 during which several topics were taken, the most important of which was:
1. The first level: local development (models, methods and roles)
2. The second level: the right to development.
3. The third level: sustainable development concept, dimensions and application mechanisms.
4. Fourth level: modern methods in mobilizing resources and financing management.
5. Fifth level: Monitoring and identifying the needs, opportunities and sustainable societal resources.
6. Sixth level: Community development strategies for civil organizations.
During the closing speech, Dr. Muhammad Mamdouh Abdullah, head of the association development sector, explained. Explain the philosophy of the program and the importance in promoting joint civil work and supporting efforts seeking to transform the civil development work into professional work.
