Within the framework of implementing the activities of the Institutional Excellence Grant for NGOs...with 55 NGOs in 16 governorates, institutional development visits were made to 37 NGOs during the month of January 2024, and during these field visits the following was done:

Providing institutional support to NGOs in order to develop (work policies and procedures - organizational structures - program and project management - accounting system) - according to the actual needs of each NGO .

It is worth noting that the grant is in its first session and applications have been opened during the month of August 2023, and 163 NGOs from 23 governorates have applied for the grant. According to a number of criteria, 55 civil society organizations were selected, representing 16 governorates.
