Misr Al-Khair implements a training program on operational planning for civil society organizations

Within the framework of the activities of the Institutional Excellence Grant for NGOs... implemented with 55 NGOs in 16 governorates, the Arab Center for Sustaining Civil Action, affiliated with the Misr El Kheir Foundation, implemented the training program (planning Operational activities for civil society organizations) and in the presence of 78 participants representing civil society organizations in 16 governorates.
The workshop addressed several topics, the most important of which are:
Basic concepts of planning, the importance of planning, types and levels Planning.The relationship between operational planning and strategic planning .stages of operational planning and preparing an operational plan Successful.Performance measurement indicators.How to follow up on the implementation of plans.Applications and practical training on preparing the operational plan.

It is worth noting that the grant is in its first session and applications for it were opened within a month August 2023, 163 NGOs from 23 governorates applied for the grant, and according to a number of criteria, 55 NGOs were selected, representing 16 governorates.
