Misr Al Kheir implements a number of training programs to raise the capabilities of partner civil society organizations in cooperation with the European Union

Within the framework of the activities of the project “Enhancing the Roles of Non-Governmental Organizations in Sustainable Development and Climate Action at the Local Level,” which is funded by the European Union and implemented by the Misr El Kheir Foundation in 4 civil society organizations (Aswan - Luxor - Beni Suef - Fayoum).
A number of training programs were implemented to raise the capabilities of partner NGOs They are as follows:• Financial management.
• Leading sustainable development.
• Management of development projects based on sustainable development and climate action.
(In the presence of 14 participants, representatives of partner NGOs in 4 governorates)
The training workshops covered several topics from The most important of which are:• The most important accounting policies, rules and principles
• Components of the financial and administrative guide for civil society organizations
• Documentary cycle model for civil society organizations
• Project financial settlements (applications)
• The concept of sustainable development, its requirements and dimensions.
• The goals and objectives of the 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda.
• Stages and pillars of Egypt's Vision 2030.
• Policies adopted by organizations to achieve the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.
• The concept of the development project, its characteristics and stages.
• Steps for designing the development project.
How to identify and analyze development problems
• Establish project objectives, activities, and performance measurement indicators
• Preparing a monitoring and evaluation system for the development project.
• 
It is worth noting that the project “Enhancing the roles of non-governmental organizations in sustainable development “Climate action at the local level” is funded by the European Union and is implemented in 4 governorates with the aim of strengthening the role of civil society organizations as actors in governance, development and sustainable development in Egypt.
