Civil society organizations embody one of the most prominent pillars of these institutions, as they are a driving force for spreading a culture of peace, supporting social justice, and building bridges of trust between the state and society.

NGOs contribute to consolidating the foundations of peace through their community initiatives and development activities, as they are an effective link between the state and society, and open spaces for dialogue and participation that enhance the stability of societies.
