He added that this charter is very strong, moral and professional to provide services to citizens with quality, efficiency, integrity and exchange of experiences between associations and development institutions, noting that a supreme committee will coordinate civil work according to what was stipulated in the National Development Alliance Charter. He explained that the charter comes within the Egyptian state targeting to achieve Egypt's 2030 vision, stressing that the government will not work alone and will not be the only source for financing initiatives, and the private sector will be a partner, as well as the private sector. And he added, that the Ministry of Social Solidarity has a complete database regarding the most needy villages and groups, and a decent Hayat Foundation offered, yesterday, all that the villages targeted from the initiative need to determine the jurisprudence of priorities, pointing out that the poverty rate in some areas of Upper Egypt reaches 70%.
