Conclusion of the activities of the four levels of the training program “Misr El Khair Fellowship for Sustainable Local Development Practitioner” Class of 2022

Tuesday 11-29-2022 Yesterday evening, the activities of the four levels of the training program “Misr El Kheir Fellowship for Sustainable Local Development Practitioner” Class of 2022, which is part of the activities of the Development Exchange Program, were concluded yesterday evening. Sponsored by many local and international organizations and with the participation of 60 participants from civil society organizations from countries (Egypt - Morocco - Syria - Libya - Qatar - Bahrain - Niger - Chad - Somalia - Lebanon - Yemen - Tunisia - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - Jordan - Djibouti). The four levels included the following elements: ** The first level: roles, models and methods ** Second level: Sustainable development roles and strategies ** The third level: Modern methods of mobilizing community resources ** Level Four: Methods of monitoring and identifying sustainable community needs, opportunities, and resources. During the training, the participants reviewed their various development practices and linked them to the topics being raised, in addition to holding interactive meetings with the trainees to answer all their questions in the presence of D. Mohamed Rifai, CEO of the Misr El Kheir Foundation, Mr. Mohamed Mamdouh, Head of the NGO Development Sector at the Misr El Kheir Foundation. The trainees were also assigned graduation projects at the end of each training level as part of the procedures for passing the regional training program. It is worth noting that the fellowship program takes 30 training days, ending with each participant submitting a graduation project as one of the requirements for the program’s graduation leave. The program is approved by several bodies and is provided free of charge to support workers in civil society organizations.
