Thursday 12-15-2022 In light of Misr Al-Khair Foundation’s interest in building the institutional capabilities of partner associations, the laboratory was launched during the year 2021, and to date, institutional development services have been provided to 315 civil society organizations, which are partner associations of Misr Al-Khair Foundation, within 20 governorates in the Arab Republic of Egypt, where the laboratory adopts a work methodology based on steps. The following: 🟢 Pre-institutional evaluation of the association immediately after joining the laboratory to identify institutional gaps and based on the evaluation, the associations are classified into four classifications: (A, B, C, D). 🟢 Designing an institutional development plan in partnership with partner associations based on the results of the institutional evaluation process. 🟢 Implementing the development plan, which includes a number of interventions, including (providing institutional support to complete the pillars of the financial and administrative system, training and workshops to raise the efficiency of workers, providing technical support to associations to adjust their situations in accordance with the Law Regulating the Practice of Civil Work No. 149 of 2019, providing technical support to associations in integrating the Code Raising the efficiency of workers in managing development programs and activating the role of boards of directors. 🟢 After completing the implementation of the institutional capacity building plan, the post-institutional evaluation will be re-conducted to measure the effectiveness of the interventions that took place, and to make a comparison between the pre-evaluation and post-evaluation process. Finally, if the association passes a growth rate in accordance with the agreed upon standards, the association will be graduated from the laboratory and a certificate of graduation will be issued to it. 📑The implementation of institutional development interventions for 218 partner associations was completed. 📑The number of associations that have graduated so far is (152) associations in 13 governorates. #Institutional_Technical_Support #Sustainable_national_work
